In exchange for a fixed annual fee, the Diacomp will bear the financial risk and handle the equipment maintenance and repairs - this excludes new hard ware/software needed.
Maintenance agreements cover equipment for a certain time period, which should be clearly identified in the agreement. In the absence of a maintenance agreement, an equipment owner can elect to pay for repairs on a time & materials basis (T&M); this means that the owner pays for parts, labor, and travel on an as-needed basis. However, several closely spaced equipment failures can severely impact a company's cash flow.

In the agreements we also monitor your computer(s) once a week to make sure all updates are done, your anti-virus is 100% functioning, the hardware is working like it should and many more features along with it. This is done while you work, without having to interrupt your workforce. You will be given a report as soon this is done on each check-up. No more unwanted IT personnel in your home / office space interrupting you during work time, saving you both time and money. The only time a representative will be at your place is when a physical hard ware failure takes place.
